Hello! As you know, I pretty much only ever pop into your inbox with important news – so please read/save this email for reference, as it contains all the information you need to navigate Anatomy Acupuncture’s upcoming move.
It’s bittersweet to leave the lovely space here at 328 – but with the lease expiring (can you believe it’s already been 3 years?!) and all the changes COVID has brought – I am taking this opportunity to adapt and transition to a wonderful new spot. Appointments will begin in the new space the week of May 17, 2021. There are still a few things left to do before then and I can’t wait to share it all with you soon! In the meantime, keep reading for new location details.
Most importantly – here are the things that are changing : anatomy acupuncture’s physical location as of May 17, 2021; and the things that are not : your care, how you schedule appointments, covid precautions.
NEW LOCATION as of May 17, 2021
5744 E Burnside St., STE 101Portland OR 97215 The building is on the south side of East Burnside St. The teal building with yellow doors sits between The Jag Repair Shop and Leikam Brewery. While there is a door on the Burnside St side of the building, use the door next to the parking area to enter the building lobby (click here for directions).
PARKING: YES – there is parking for you! In the small gravel lot associated with the building there is one spot reserved for Anatomy Acupuncture patients. The gravel lot does not have line-marked spaces, so please only use the space in front of the sign designated for Anatomy Acupuncture. Street parking is also available along Burnside St, but make sure to note any signage regarding no parking hours (i.e. between 4-6pm in front of the building).
A few other notes about the new space: 5744 is a shared building – so I very much appreciate your respect for my new neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum as you enter – thank you!
When you enter the building via the door by the parking lot – you will take a right past the small lobby area and Anatomy Acupuncture will be the door directly in front of you (Suite 101). Enter the clinic space when you arrive and wait inside (just like you did at 328) instead of the building lobby, if I am not immediately available (see schematic below). Please note: the restroom is located in the shared portion of the building. If you need the restroom, it is immediately to the right of the lobby area, adjacent to Anatomy Acupuncture’s space, there is no key or code required.
That’s everything new! The following remains unchanged:
YOUR CARE:I will still be providing the treatments and care that you count on, only now with more space in the treatment area to employ additional movement- based treatment modalities.
COVID PRECAUTIONS: At this time, I’ll still be limiting the number of people seen per day and keeping time between each appointment to clean and air out the space appropriately. I ask – regardless of vaccination status- that you continue to wear a mask at all times while in the building – I have patients at various stages of health and healing and appreciate the continued collective effort to keep us all safe and healthy.
SCHEDULING: Nothing about scheduling is changing – you will continue to be able to book appointments online at: www.anatomyacupuncture.fullslate.com. There will be a new location notice on your confirmation and reminder emails once the move is complete.
